Hello, my name is Tina Plett
Thank you for visiting my website.
Are you considering a move? I’d love to hear your vision about where you’re going and develop a strategy with you on how to get there.
Because this is about you.
I want to understand your timeline. Do we need to execute a plan for a quick sale? Perhaps you’re looking to move next year and are just starting to get informed. When do you need to be in your next home?
Like most people, you may be wondering whether to sell first and then buy or find a place first and then sell. This is a conversation you definitely want to have with a Realtor before making a decision so you can be educated about the market where you are buying and selling and decide accordingly.
Heads-Up About Overwhelm (I’m here for you!)
Your to-do list will probably feel pretty overwhelming during the process, too. For a season you’ll have to keep your house show-ready. The packing is going to reveal you’ve got more things in our house than you thought. You’ll end up sorting through stuff, bringing things to self-help, deciding what to throw out, and packing the rest of it and , as you do, memories will bubble up. Almost everything you hold in your hand will hold a memory as well. Then there’s that leaky faucet to fix and the hole in the wall to patch… There’s so much to do and decide, and all in a swirl of activity and emotions. I get it. And I’ll walk you right through it.
Keep reading. You’ll feel better soon…
Once I understand the dynamics of your move, I will implement Concierge services tailored to align with your needs and goals.
Before you sign on the dotted line I want you to understand HOW I plan to get you the highest value for your property. I want you to feel reassured and in the know about what’s going on with your listing every step of the way. We can discuss this and more when you invite me to your home.
After you make the decision to list with me you can have peace of mind.
You have done your part getting the house ready and now it’s my turn to do the work.
You can leave this in my capable hands.
Take a deep breath.
Drop your shoulders.
I’ve got this.
About me personally; my motivation, my credentials, my environment, my support

It has been serving us well for almost four years.
2010 was my first year selling Real Estate. I have completed many transactions and learned from each one. Experience guides in many ways. We remember what works and what does not work.
Through experience, I know the market and how that will affect the timeline of your sale, the negotiating styles of the other agents, the advertising avenues and which ones are effective.
I recognize the target. Use the right tools to reach the target. Aim for the target. Hit the target.
Designations are evidence of my dedication to my clients. It is important to me to have the knowledge and expertise to serve them with skill and care.

I am stimulated by growth.
I regularly read real estate blogs, attend webinars, listen to training, do online courses, and learn everything I can to continually grow and succeed in marketing and sales.
I also plan to attend the annual National Association of Realtors Conference and Expo.
Awards are evidence that I am being effective in getting sales completed.
Since 2013 I have consistently won awards for my productivity through the brokerage I work with including the Directors award, the Exective award and the President’s award.
In 2016 I was awarded the bronze medallion individual achievement award by Winnipeg REALTORS®
Best news ever!
My old worn out hip was removed and replaced with a brand new joint.
I have recovered 100% from the surgery. I am back on my feet and no longer have pain disrupting me at work.
I am more capable than I have been for years!
I WANT TO WORK.
God is LOVE.
My faith motivates me to do all things in Love.
That makes me want to care for the people in every transaction.
It compels me to protect them and serve them. It is why I can feel empathy to people when they experience stress related to the move. It also allows me to feel joy and accomplishment together with them.
Love does not have any discrimination toward people. I love serving people of all ages, faiths, lifestyle, or ethnic background.
Unfortunately I can only conduct a transaction in english.
If you are shopping for an agent for someone who does not speak english, if you have a translator I would be happy to patiently answer your questions with their help. Or, I may be able to refer you to an agent fluent in that language.
I am able to understand low german and some high german.
I am an empty nester with time on my hands so I enjoy keeping occupied with work.
I am married to my best friend. We have been married since 2002. He is easy to live. I don’t know what I would do without his support and listening ear.
My daughter is a grown woman and still completing her studies for her CGA. She is beautiful and I am so proud of her.
How blessed am I? I still have both of my parents and they live in Steinbach. I am the oldest of six children. We grew up in Kleefeld.
I am the crazy pet lady! I have asked myself whether I just have that much extra love to give or whether I have that much of a deficit in my life. Perhaps both.
We have four dogs and four cats.
Do not show me any puppies. I can’t resist these furry creatures.
We live on an acreage so our pets have lots of room to run and play. We have an underground electric fence that keeps them on our property for their safety and our peace of mind,
IT MAKES FOR A HAPPY HOME LIFE.
I had some down time where I was physically unable to tend to my flower gardens. I am hoping that next year I can start enjoying the flower garden again.
One of my stress reliever things to do is sing. I don’t need anyone to hear me. I just need to sing. Nothing is more stress relieving to me than if I can sing with a few other voices in perfect harmony. Pure therapy right there!
Having coffee and conversation is satisfying to me. Whether it is around a table or around a bonfire it is all I need to feel connected.
